What are the check-in and check-out times?

- Check-out: Until 11:00 am. If you need more time, please contact us to check the availability of a late check-out.
How do I check in?
Check -in is fully automated and takes place through the platform www.chekin.com . Before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to complete the online check-in process, where you can upload your identification documents and electronically sign the registration form. On the day of your arrival, you will receive another email with the access codes for the apartment. These codes will only be active during your stay.
When will I receive the access codes to the apartment?

Is it possible to check in or out outside of business hours?
Yes, thanks to self-service access, you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM on your arrival day.
For late check-out, please contact us in advance, as it is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
What are the customer service hours?
Our customer service team is available to assist you every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you have any questions or need help, please don't hesitate to contact us during these hours.
Do they include bed linen and towels?
Yes, all our apartments are equipped with fresh linens and towels for your comfort.
Does the apartment have Wi-Fi?
Yes, all our apartments have free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Is parking available?
We offer parking at some of our apartments. Please check availability when booking. We can also recommend nearby parking options.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
What is the cancellation policy?

Is there daily cleaning in the apartments?
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price of your stay, but can be requested for an additional charge. A final cleaning is included after your departure.
Do the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes, all our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, so you can prepare your meals just like at home.
Can I request a crib or high chair for children?
Yes, we can provide a crib and/or high chair upon request. We recommend requesting this when making your reservation to ensure availability.
How do I get to the apartment from the airport or train station?
We provide detailed directions to the apartment. We can also arrange a private transfer service for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.
Are there supermarkets or restaurants nearby?
All our apartments are located in central areas, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities. We'll provide you with local recommendations in our welcome guide.
Is there a minimum age to make a reservation?
Yes, the main guest must be over 18 years old to make a reservation.
What should I do if I have any problems during my stay?
If you encounter any problems during your stay, our customer service team is available every day from 9:00 am. to 10:00 pm. to assist you. You can contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
What happens if I forget or lose my access codes?
If you forget or lose your access codes, don't worry. You can contact us during customer service hours (9:00 am. to 10:00 pm.) and we will provide you with the necessary assistance to access the apartment.
Can I make the reservation by phone?
Yes, you can book by phone. After confirming your details, we'll send you a secure link where you can complete your payment quickly and safely.
